I first met Jason when his industrial band gODHEAD was the opening act for Marilyn Manson over a decade and a half ago. We stayed in contact after that and I got to interview him (see Jason Miller Interview) and we’ve remained good friends to this day.

Jason has just released his new project “Uncountry” and it showcases just how talented he really is. The title track “Uncountry” is a solid country rocker and sets the tempo for the rest of the cd. “The Dotted Line” is a good ol drink-a-long and sing-a-long. “You Must Have Loved Me A Lot” is another favorite of mine with lyrics like: “If you only hurt the ones you love…you must’ve loved me a lot!” Every song on this cd will probably end up a hit and should spawn videos on the various music channels. Bottom line; this cd is a real kick in the teeth and this time Jason’s wearing cowboy boots instead of the 4 inch platform boots he wore from times gone by.
